Monday is upon us, folks! A new week begins.
This week marks the last full week of July, with next week featuring a half-July/half-August split. The calendar rolls on.
There was some sad news from the Bruins world over the weekend, as longtime Bruins reporter Mike Loftus passed away at the age of just 65.
Loftus covered the Bruins for the Patriot Ledger for as long as I can remember and was a well-liked guy in Bruins media circles.
(The Ledger, for those from out of the area, was a pretty big newspaper covering the area south of Boston before it was purchased and hollowed out by a national organization.
