Five preseason games down, one to go!
The B’s lost to the Flyers in Philadelphia last night, 2-1 in overtime.
Jack Studnicka had another strong night (scoring the lone Bruins goal), as did Jeremy Swayman (34 saves).
With just one preseason game to go and a number of regulars expected to get a run-out in that one, we may see a number of cuts today into tomorrow.
Much of the discourse after last night’s game surrounded the question of whether or not Studnicka has forced himself into a roster spot with his strong play, which is a fair question.
