Colin Miller came back in the Milan Lucic salary dump during armageddon draft weekend. For Milan Lucic, the Bruins got the 13th overall pick and Martin Jones, who was in turn traded for the Sean Kuraly and a 2016 first rounder. Altogether, that's a pretty good package, of which Colin Miller appears to be the crown jewel. He was a standout AHL defenseman last year, only outscored by Chris Wideman among AHL defensemen. That's pretty promising, all things considered. He unfortunatel has not played in the NHL yet, so we don't know how he'll do there.
For me, he's a prime candidate for earning his way onto the NHL roster this year.
