Before Don Sweeney pulls the plug on a trade to acquire a forward, he will see if in-house candidates can help spark their lifeless offense at five-on-five.
Zach Senyshyn, who has five goals and four assists in 11 games for the Providence (ahem...Marlborough) Bruins, received the call-up in order to help spark the big club’s offense.
Senyshyn has a goal in two assists in six career NHL games, spanning the past two seasons.
Senyshyn will skate on the fourth line with Sean Kuraly and Jack Studnicka.
Jake DeBrusk will also draw back in after a game as a healthy scratch.
