The Bruins continued their September tradition of bringing in veteran guys on a tryout basis.

Continuing their recent tradition, it looks like the Bruins are taking a shot on a veteran player who may still have something left to prove in the NHL.
Peter Mueller was drafted 8th overall by Phoenix in 2006, but never really put it together in the NHL. He had one 20+ goal season for Phoenix, and then bounced around between the Avalanche and the Panthers before heading to Europe.
