After some very difficult years of injury-plagued hockey, Kevan Miller announced via his Instagram account this morning that he will be retiring from the game of hockey.

Judging by his retirement statement, this was not an easy decision and he really appreciated his time in Boston, as he concluded his statement by saying “Forever a Bruin.”
Miller has spent the majority of his hockey career in New England, first in college at the University of Vermont and then with the Bruins.
