Fresh off a memorable playoff run – in which his scintillating saves consistently saved the Bruins – goalie Jeremy Swayman is eager to keep the momentum rolling.
Swayman, who posted a save percentage of .933 in the playoffs, expressed his desire to continue what he and his teammates have started.
When asked if he’s hoping to stay in Boston long term, he replied: “I am.”
Swayman, 25, said told reporters he’s confident a long-term deal will be completed. He added that he doesn’t want to be anywhere else, and his teammates echoed a similar sentiment.
