Game Day Preview: Bruins at Predators

Head coach Bruce Cassidy and the Bruins managed to navigate a rough October stretch filled with injuries and a lack of secondary scoring. But they know things aren’t getting any easier to begin their November calendar.

The good news is they’ll have David Backes in the lineup for the first time since Oct. 18 as they try to get more secondary scoring. Torey Krug, fresh off his solid regular-season debut, should also help in that department, while the Bruins will ride Jaroslav Halak’s hot hand for the fifth time in the last seven games.
