There are plenty of reasons for Bruins fans to be disappointed with the 2024-25 season.

David Pastrnak is not one of them.

Boston’s assistant captain has been hugely impactful since the start of 2025, and despite his slow start to the season, he remains on pace to eclipse 100 points for the third straight year.

Pastrnak struck first for the Bruins on Saturday evening, scoring a pretty goal on the breakaway and swiftly extending his career-long point streak to 17 games. He’s carried a large load for Boston’s offense, and since the start of the 2025 calendar year Pastrnak leads the NHL in goals and points.
