BOSTON, MA - Boston Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney announced today, June 18, that the club has signed defenseman Tommy Cross and forward Tyler Randell to one-year, two-way contracts worth a cap figure of $600,000 at the NHL level.
Cross ranked second on the Providence Bruins in penalty minutes in the 2014-15 season with 85 and recorded four goals and 18 assists in 54 regular season games. Since the 2011-12 season, the 25-year-old, Simsbury, CT native has played in 153 games for Providence and notched eight goals and 32 assists for 40 points in that span.
