BOSTON, MA – Boston Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney announced today, August 30, that the team has signed the following players: forward Dominic Moore (one-year, one-way contract through the 2016-17 season worth $900,000), defenseman Chris Casto (one-year, two-way contract through the 2016-17 season worth $650,000 at the NHL level), forward Brian Ferlin (one-year, two-way contract through the 2016-17 season worth $725,000 at the NHL level) and defenseman Alex Grant (one-year, two-way contract through the 2016-17 season worth $600,000 at the NHL level).
Moore, 36, spent the past three seasons with the New York Rangers. In 2015-16, he skated in 80 games, registering six goals and nine assists, while also contributing one goal in five postseason contests.
