WILMINGTON — For the first three days of development camp, it was hard for Zach Senyshyn, or any other prospect, to really show what they could offer as a player while development coach Jay Pandolfo and Bruins’ personnel put their charges through various stickhandling and skating drills.
But yesterday at Ristuccia Arena, it was time for a little fun. The 37 players were split into two teams and played two 25-minute halves. And the speedy Senyshyn had as much fun as anyone. In the 4-on-4 scrimmage, Senyshyn, the B’s third first-round pick (15th overall), popped home two goals, had two helpers and made a nice power move to the net in his team’s 8-4 victory.
