For the first time in 2021, the Boston Bruins schedule is being affected because of COVID-19.
Following a two-game series with the Philadelphia Flyers Wednesday and Friday nights in Philly, the Black and Gold was scheduled to return home to face the Buffalo Sabres for two games beginning Saturday night.
Those games will not happen as the Sabres are going through COVID-19 protocols. Last weekend, the Sabres hosted the New Jersey Devils for two games on Saturday and Sunday. Tuesday, the Devils place 10 players on the COVID-19 Protocol list and increased their number to 14 total players on the currently on the list.
