SUNRISE, Fla. — “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” seems to be the mantra for the Bruins, especially when it comes to their goalie corps.
Jeremy Swayman was the first goalie off the ice during Boston’s morning skate at Amerant Bank Arena on Wednesday — signaling that the 25-year-old netminder will get the nod in net for the seventh straight matchup in Game 2 against the Panthers.
Puck drop from Sunrise is set for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
In Game 1 on Monday, the Panthers were the latest team to run into the brick wall that has been Swayman this postseason.
