This afternoon, the Boston Bruins announced the following, less-than-surprising transactions: Tanner Pond, Cam Hughes, Emil Johansson, Joona Koppanen and Zach Senyshyn have all been assigned to the AHL and will report to the Providence Bruins for the foreseeable future. In addition, Axel Andersson has been returned to his team in the Swedish Elite League.
Senyshyn continues to be a bit of an enigma, and while his stock since being drafted in the first round a few years ago has precipitously dropped, he showed some signs of a man rejuvenated during this preseason.
