Brandon Carlo joins Providence Bruins from WHL

Upon completion of his fourth season playing for the WHL's Tri-City Americans, it was announced today that Brandon Carlo has joined the Providence Bruins for the remainder of the AHL season to begin his professional career.

Carlo, who was drafted by the Bruins in the second round in 2015, had four goals and 23 assists for the Americans in 52 games this year; in addition, although he dissapointingly did not score against Canada, he had two goals and two assists for the USA in this year's WJC. This year was his second appearance representing his country at World Juniors.
