While the stanley cup playoffs are still very fresh in the mind, let’s not forget that there’s still a cupboard to stock. And Don Sweeney and the team appear to already be hard at work, announcing today that they signed former Quinnipiac Bobcat Connor Clifton to a 2 year deal worth $725,000 per year.

Clifton has been playing in Providence since the beginning of the season, and racked up 13 points in 54 games, primarily playing in the P-Bruins depth. He played 4 games in the Calder Cup Playoffs, and recorded no points. It’s likely he will be there as depth again.
