Boston Bruins Recall Colin Miller From Providence, And Assign Seth Griffith To Providence

Boston Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney has announced that the Bruins have recalled defense-man Colin Miller from the Providence Bruins while assigning forward Seth Griffith to the P-Bruins. The Bruins are expecting Miller to join the team prior to tonight’s game versus Carolina Hurricanes.

Miller is in the middle of his first NHL season and has played in 39 games with the Bruins this season. Miller has scored three goals and 12 assists for 15 points with 32 penalty minutes and a +2 rating. Miller who is 23 years old ranks seventh among rookie defenseman this season in points.
