Boston Bruins: Dennis Seidenberg Day-To-Day With Injury

The Boston Bruins have already hit a snag in the road on defense. With training camp underway, one of the Bruins top defenseman, Dennis Seidenberg, has been deemed day-to-day with an upper-body injury.

With Seidenberg limited for at least a few days, it would appear that some of the younger Bruins defensemen will have an opportunity to shine. Players like Joe Morrow and Colin Miller should be looking to make the best of this extra time on the ice to prove that they deserve to be on the roster to start the season. As it stands, it seems like the top-six Bruins defenders (including Seidenberg) will include Zdeno Chara, Dennis Seidenberg, Torey Krug, Zach Trotman, Adam McQuaid and Matt Irwin, with the seventh defender being Kevan Miller.
