The Bruins’ season opener against the Nashville Predators provided milestones for a pair of the team’s promising class of rookies. Both 20-year-old Jake DeBrusk and 19-year-old Charlie McAvoy scored their first NHL goals. In each case, their families were in the building to see the special moment.
