Only one pair of former Boise State basketball players appeared in the same NBA season, but 2018-19 may see the second.
Ex-Broncos Chandler Hutchison (Bulls) and James Webb III (Nets) will take part in the NBA's Summer League in Las Vegas, which starts Friday.
Hutchison was taken 22nd overall by Chicago in last month's NBA Draft, the highest selection in school history. When the Bulls take the court Saturday, Hutchison will get the shot to prove he can be in the rotation right away.
"I think he'll fit well with the way we want to play, with pace and with speed," Bulls coach Fred Hoiberg told the Chicago Sun-Times.
