One and done.
Boise State is no stranger to QB transfers...but they are always transferring out, not in. It was announced this morning that junior Ryan Finley would be the next Bronco QB to join this growing procession. You may recall that Alex Ogle transferred out prior to Spring Ball, which means the Broncos are 2 quarterbacks down entering camp...yet again. Finley was named the starter for the 2015 season, beating out true frosh Brett Rypien and "enjoyed" mixed results prior to an ankle injury in the 3rd game of the season against Idaho State. You know the rest—Rypien took over and played well enough to earn MWC Freshman of the Year honors and All-MWC first team, making Finley's return to the #1 QB spot doubtful barring a reversal of fortunes on the injury front.
