Boise State football is on the board in the 2018 recruiting race with its first known commitment of the upcoming cycle.
Phillip Mills, a 6-foot-3, 200-pound safety from Paloma Valley High in Menifee, Calif., announced late Monday night he has committed to the Broncos.

Mills said in his tweet “After very long thought and discussion with my family and those close to me, I have decided to announce that I am 110% committed to Boise State University.
