I said last week that Jeramiah Dickey was the best hire that was made last year and he continues to prove me right. Today, Dickey announced a 7-figure cash donation to the athletic department through the Lyle Smith Society, and they’ve already got big plans for the dough. The donor wished to remain anonymous (and let me tell you, it took a lot of humility for me to request that), but you’ll probably be able to figure it out as they’ll have the only Loge Box with it’s own AC unit—Marlene Tromp and Jeramiah Dickey fanning it with palm fronds.
