It's February, which means the college football world officially turns its eyes to recruiting. We'll start by turning back the calendar to find the highest impact prospect each Big Ten school has signed over the last decade. This isn't the highest-rated recruit, but a look back at what scouts thought of the players that meant most to the program back when they signed their letters of intent.
