STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Penn State safety Jordan Lucas will miss the rest of his senior season with an unspecified injury, according to the university.
Lucas battled injuries all season and appeared to first get hurt in the second game of the season, against Buffalo. He once again played Saturday against Northwestern in the first half but came out after halftime in street clothes. His right arm was in a sling.
Lucas, the most experienced player in Penn State’s secondary, started in all but one game this season for the Nittany Lions. Despite battling injuries most of the season, he still missed only the Week 4 matchup against San Diego State.
