Tuesday marks the 30th anniversary of Jim Harbaugh’s final regular-season football game as a Michigan quarterback. Harbaugh helped the Wolverines to a 26-24 win over Ohio State, capping a 10-1 season and locking up a trip to the Rose Bowl that day at Ohio Stadium.
“I haven’t been back since,” Harbaugh said Monday.
The coach, who takes another 10-1 Michigan team to Columbus this weekend, said he didn’t have many memories from the last time he was on the field against the Buckeyes other than a final result that lived up to the guarantee he made earlier in the week.
