Kick-Six. The Play. The Immaculate Reception. Memorable finishes in football often come with a tagline. Mark Dantonio wasn’t sure what he wanted to call Michigan State’s improbable last-second comeback at Michigan Stadium this weekend, so he let reporters know he was open to suggestions.
Dantonio was asked again this Tuesday if he had figured out any easier descriptor for Saturday’s game than “a low snap, botched punt attempt and 38-yard touchdown return by sophomore safety Jalen Watts-Jackson, who broke his hip as he was tackled into the endzone.”
He said the coaches in East Lansing settled on “Rangers: Mission 4:10.
