Biggest need for 2016: Quarterback
Joel Stave is gone, and that means it's finally Bart Houston's time to step into the spotlight. Houston has the confidence for the role, and he showed during the Illinois game that he's a more-than-capable Big Ten quarterback. He played the last three quarters after Stave suffered a head injury and completed 22 of 33 passes for 232 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions to lead a 24-13 victory.
