Xavier made a move in the 2018 recruiting cycle Tuesday night. The Musketeers sent an offer to shooting guard Keonte Kennedy of Austin, Texas. Kennedy announced the news of his recent scholarship offer on his Twitter account:

Kennedy is listed as a four-star recruit on ESPN. The WWL ranks him 11th in the state of Texas, 15th regionally in the Midlands and 29th at his position.
