NEW YORK – Villanova junior Connor Daly has been named BIG EAST Male Golfer of the Week in the final weekly honors of the fall season. He earned the conference accolade by taking medalist honors at the recent Metropolitan Intercollegiate in West Orange, N.J.

Connor Daly, Villanova, Jr. – Daly took first place at the Metropolitan Intercollegiate in West Orange, N.J. He carded a 71 in both rounds of the 36-hole tournament to finish with a 2-over-par 142. Villanova placed second in the 15-team field with scores of 298 and 299 for 597 (+37).
