The Villanova Wildcats travel to Omaha to meet the Creighton Bluejays, in the latest test to the Wildcats’ current undefeated status in BIG EAST conference play. While ‘Nova may be 3-0 so far (12-4 overall), coach Jay Wright’s squad certainly has not cruised their way to easy Ws. Villanova’s conference action so far has been marked by clawing through to rally past opponents’ leads and securing the win in the final minutes—in fact, ‘Nova has yet to win a BIG EAST game by double-digits.
