UMES vs. Georgetown final score: Hoyas improve to 3-0 after dominant win over Hawks

The Georgetown Hoyas are 3-0 for the first time in three seasons. Thanks to a combined 45 points from Kaleb Johnson and Jessie Govan, the Hoyas easily defeated the Maryland-Eastern Shore Hawks in D.C. on Saturday, 83-57.

The victory keeps head coach Patrick Ewing unbeaten, of course, as they have won the first three games of his coaching career. While the opponents might be softened, it’s really hard to see anything that’s been plaguing this team in any respect.

The Hoyas also got 14 points out of Marcus Derrickson, who recorded a double-double, grabbing 10 rebounds.
