~ Seton Hall leads by six after the end of the first half. The Pirates manufactured a rally to pull ahead of the visiting Troy Trojans by the score of 36-30. An 10-0 run by the Pirates in the final 2:21 of the first half fueled them to push into the lead. In all, there were three lead changes in the first 20 minutes of the game.
~ Troy looked comfortable inside the Prudential Center, holding the lead for 11 minutes and 35 seconds. Freshman forward Jordon Varnado looked the sharpest of any Trojan, scoring 12 points whilst going 4-for-6 from the field and 2-for-3 from the perimeter.
