Katie Soderstrom, Butler, So., M/F
Soderstrom showed some late-game heroics in a 2-0 week for the Bulldogs which won at Creighton and against St. John’s last week. The sophomore scored the golden goal in the 93rd minute against the Bluejays to break the scoreless draw, while notching the game-winning goal against the Red Storm in the 78th minute. Butler won both games 1-0 with Soderstrom supplying both goals. Her three GWG on the year are tied for the BIG EAST lead, while her seven goals list fourth.
