One of the top talents in upstate New York caught the attention of a college that plays on basketball’s biggest stage, the World’s Most Famous Arena—Madison Square Garden.
St. John’s offered Sloan Seymour (Albany, N.Y./Shaker HS/NY RENS) on Friday.
The 6-foot-8, 190-pound forward currently holds offers from Bucknell, UMass, New Hampshire, Vermont, Marist, Hofstra, Iona, Rhode Island, St. Joseph’s, Rutgers, Siena, and South Florida.
Seymour is an excellent scorer from the wing position. He can pull up and knock down threes at a high clip, even showing confidence of taking shots from well beyond the three-point line.
