Since the reformatting of the Big East Conference, the Seton Hall Pirates have accomplished a particular feat that no one else can say that they’ve done. The Pirates have tagged the Villanova Wildcats with a loss in each of the last three seasons. Considering that ‘Nova has lost just 15 total games since the 2013-14 season and just eight games in conference play, it perhaps makes the feat all the more impressive. The Wildcats have been the standard bearer of this Big East Conference, and yet, Seton Hall continues to be a prickly thorn in their side.
