The Seton Hall Pirates didn’t have the greatest trip to Lincoln, Nebraska. A 29-point effort from James Palmer and a double-double by former Georgetown Hoyas star Isaac Copeland helped to lead the Nebraska Cornhuskers to victory. Myles Powell’s 24 points were not nearly enough, as the Pirates were downed 80-57.
The aforementioned Palmer had himself a night. Those 29 points were a game-high and he had 18 free throw attempts (Seton Hall had 20 as a team). He made 13 of them, making the most of his freebies.
