NEW YORK - The BIG EAST men’s lacrosse teams went .500 on Saturday, with Georgetown, Providence and St. John’s earning victories, while Denver, Marquette and Villanova fell just short. The Friars move to 3-0 on the season with the most recent win over Bryant, 16-9. No. 15/15 Georgetown is 2-0 with the Hoyas’ win over Maryland Baltimore County, 14-8. St. John’s earned its first victory of the season, 13-11 over Hartford.
