After taking a break from playing each other last season, the rivalry between Seton Hall and Saint Peter’s was back on Tuesday night as the Pirates played host to the Peacocks at Walsh Gymnasium for Seton Hall’s only on-campus game this season.
The Pirates came into this game riding a four game winning streak. The streak is now at five games, as Seton Hall picked up a 84-61 victory.
As the score shows, it was pretty much all Pirates this game as Saint Peter’s did not lead once over the span of the forty minutes in the Walsh Gymnasium, though looking at the stat lines Seton Hall technically lead for only a mere 39 minutes and 22 seconds, so for a very brief and fleeting 21 seconds Saint Peter’s was tied.
