NEW YORK – After a weekend full of competition, Xavier’s Anna Roggenburk has been named BIG EAST Tennis Female Athlete of the Week while Ignacio Garcia of St. John’s has earned Male Athlete of the Week. Roggenburk led her team to a 2-0 weekend with wins over Miami (Ohio) and Cleveland State. Garcia turned in a combined 4-0 singles and doubles weekend as the Red Storm picked up wins over BIG EAST foes Xavier and Butler.
