Well, you’re in luck! According to FanCred’s Jon Rothstein, the Big 12 and Big East are starting a challenge next year.
The Big East and Big 12 are planning an annual "challenge" between the two leagues, per multiple sources. Event is likely to begin during the 19-20 season and could be finalized by next month.

This is a pretty natural fit for a few reasons. Both leagues have ten teams, Most teams are a two or two and a half hour plane ride, at most.
