Bulldogs earn their third conference win with a little help at the free throw line
After losing five of their last seven since the start of conference play, the Butler Bulldogs and senior guard Roosevelt Jones defeated the visiting DePaul Blue Demons for a 67-53 victory on Wednesday evening. Jones led all players with 23points, four assists and four rebounds, including 11 points at the free throw line.
Overall, the Bulldogs got a huge boost all night at the charity stripe, sinking 25 of their whopping 29 free throw attempts on the night.
