The Marquette Golden Eagles technically have two incoming recruits this season. One is Brendan Bailey, who committed back in 2016. Bailey, though, went on a Mormon mission and did not play for the last two seasons. So if you want to get technical about it, Marquette has a two-man class coming into the fold this year. But, to be entirely fair to Bailey here, he’s not a 2018 recruit, but a 2016 one.
Marquette’s lone 2018 recruit has a familiar last name, of course. Joey Hauser is set to begin his college career next week with the Golden Eagles, alongside his brother Sam Hauser.
