In late night action at the Wooden Legacy, Seton Hall’s defense was the difference in a 64-54 semifinal win over Hawaii. The Pirates held the Rainbows to 25 points below their scoring average. A 13-2 run in the second half gave the Hall some breathing room. Myles Powell led the offense with 19 points and Michael Nzei added 16 points and six rebounds. Sandro Manukelashvili continued his strong rebounding work with a team-high nine boards.
