In the only BIG EAST action Friday, Seton Hall used a balanced attack to defeat Georgetown 78-62 at Prudential Center. Four Pirate players scored at least 14 points and four had at least six rebounds.
Center Romaro Gill scored a career-high 17 points, grabbed eight rebounds and blocked four shots. Myles Cale added 16 points and six boards. Myles Powell finished with 15 points and six assists. Quincy McKnight notched a double-double with 14 points and 10 assists. He did not commit a turnover.
Seton Hall (10-4, 2-0) built a 41-24 lead by halftime and maintained a double-digit advantage throughout the second half.
