Providence and Butler moved to 9-8 in BIG EAST play after taking close decisions on their home courts on Wednesday.
Kris Dunn, who has been slowed by illness recently, helped the Friars rally to beat Creighton 70-66. Dunn put together a stat line of 17 points, six rebounds, six steals and only one turnover. Ben Bentil, the league's top scorer, posted game highs of 27 points and 10 rebounds. Bentil is first in the BIG EAST in scoring with a 22.9 average in league games and 21.1 mark overall.
The Bluejays' James Milliken shot 4-of-6 from 3-point range en route to a career-high 26 points.
