Optimism around the Marquette Golden Eagles is high. The Golden Eagles defeated the rival Wisconsin Badgers in their last go-around thanks to a last-second tip-in by Justin Lewis. They now stand at 3-1 on the year and will head into action again on Tuesday night. The Golden Eagles will host the Green Bay Phoenix in what is their fifth home game on the young season.
Green Bay has been listless to start the season. Will Ryan’s Phoenix have gotten off to an 0-3 start on the season. They’ve played the Minnesota Golden Gophers, Wisconsin and the Eastern Illinois Panthers.
