The Marquette Golden Eagles made their return to Fiserv Forum Tuesday night following a split in the NIT Tip-Off last week in Brooklyn.
Marquette left little doubt about the result Tuesday night, knocking off the Charleston Southern Buccaneers, 76-57.
The Golden Eagles looked a bit shaky on offense early on, but once they got it together, it was full steam ahead.
Unsurprisingly, Markus Howard led the way for Marquette with 17 points. Howard went 5-14 from three-point range, as he continued to struggle from deep, but he also had a team-high seven rebounds.
