After a 10-day break, Marquette blew out North Dakota 92-66 to remain undefeated (8-0) at home.
Marquette looked sloppy to start, turning the ball over nine times in the first eleven minutes. Markus Howard was held scoreless the first nine minutes of the game as Marquette only led 17-14. Howard would go on to score 19 in the rest of the half as Marquette would jump out to a 49-27 lead. Steve Wojciechowski would ride Sam Hauser and Ed Morrow in the second half to finish off the Fighting Hawks.
